Nestled in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, Mountain Pilates is a place to thrive.

We believe movement should feel good, nurture your whole self, and foster connection and community. We also believe in the powerful link between pain-free movement, longevity, and quality of life - the foundation for living well at every stage.

Whether you’re stepping onto a reformer for the first time, unrolling a yoga mat to slow down and stretch, or meeting new friends in one of our wholesome workshops, there’s a space for you here.

Where it all began…

Mountain Pilates began 15 years ago with a simple vision:

  • To ease pain and build strength through intentional movement

  • Impart grace and power in your body, and

  • Create a space where everyone feels safe and supported

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a purpose-built treetop studio surrounded by forest views and a thriving community - a vibrant hub for Pilates, yoga, TRX, sound healing, workshops, retreats, and more.

Accessibility has always been central to our values. We keep our pricing intentionally fair so movement is within reach for all, and we give back through community and donation-based classes that connect and uplift.

At our heart, Mountain Pilates is a place to move, breathe, and restore within a community that welcomes and supports you.
