Gentle Pilates is perfect for those days when you need to slow things down and re-connect with your body and breath. This flow is perfect for anytime, moving the body gently but still providing an effective workout.
core pilates
a well conditioned core will promote a strong fit body that is less prone to injuries. designed to focus on achieving that conditioning, with emphasis on the torso, back and deep pelvic muscles, this class will teach you to use your body as it own ultimate conditioning tool. suitable for pre and post pregnancy
Mens Pilates
An awesome 60 minute Pilates based class just for the men in our lives, teens, grandpa's etc.
Designed to focus on deep core activation, release those typical tight areas for Men, hips, back and to thoroughly explore mobility and balance at it's best.

Gentle yoga
A gentle approach to Hatha Yoga to release tension, improve flexibility and balance both mind and body. In this class you will experience a deep release of connective tissue and fascia and leave feeling relaxed and centered.

This traditional style of yoga in it's purest form is a means of using the breath to bridge the gap between the mind and the body to cultivate Union, yog. Through physical poses, asanas, we stretch, strengthen and purify the body and bring clarity of mind. This is a perfect place for those new to yoga, as each pose is held for quite a few breaths and it is slower to transition from one pose to the next. Basic is NOT to be mistaken for easy, as your whole body and mind will be challenged and brought back into balance.
vinyassa yoga
In the slow vinyasa flow, you will connect one movement to each breath to create rhythmic flow with intermittent gentle holds to create spaciousness and dynamic energy.
This truly becomes a movement meditation leaving you feeling both energized and relaxed!
Meditation

trx
trx is total-body resistance exercise and is an anchored, two-strap suspension training system that leverages your body weight against gravity to provide workouts that simultaneously target and challenge muscular stability, strength, and muscular endurance while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, and total power.
we will appropriately challenge both beginners and experienced, seasoned athletes. we focus on all foundational movements including plank, push, pull, rotate, squat, lunge, and hinge as well as more complex movement patterns.
the best part is that everyone can scale the workout in a trx class because you are in control of the level of difficulty with each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.
equipment
equipment classes use reformer, wunda chair, trx, rip trainer…… this class is designed to help you either rehabilitate an injury, or better understand your body to get the most out of it that you can. we provide you with in depth knowledge about how your body works and practical applications so that you can be more efficient with your movement pathways.
your brain will always choose the path of least resistance, which may be what you need in the short term, but it can be problematic in the long run. it’s our job to help you strip back any inefficient movement compensations to let your body move with the confidence and power it was designed to. initially, we will spend time educating you on how to relax tense areas in your body and activate dormant areas. as sessions develop, you will feel both your body and your brain working together as you learn to refine your movements and reinforce efficient pathways.
