This seminar is designed to empower the every day family with knowledge, tools and inspiration to help you thrive, not just survive!

In this 2 hour seminar you will learn:

self care strategies for busy mums

routines to support physical and mental emotional wellness for the whole family

crash course in natural living and how this lifestyle will support your family

About the presenters:

Desiree Kinnes is a kindergarten teacher and mum of two boys. Desiree is a passionate educator in more ways than one! In her teaching, she actively works alongside families to ensure positive outcomes both in the classroom and in the home. As a wellness educator, she is passionate about empowering Mums with the tools to raise strong, resilient children, and create a healthy home environment. With a keen interest in mental health and motherhood, Desiree speaks from a place of love, genuine care and authenticity, always.

A wife and mumma of two, Sandy Wiener has been passionate about health and wellbeing her entire life. Growing up as an athlete, she always appreciated and respected the importance of a wholistic approach. In more recent years, her discovery of the benefits of essential oils and low tox living has further shaped her approach to life. With a background in primary education and a special interest in Positive Psychology and Positive Education, Sandy’s goals are to educate and empower women to lead a healthy, well balanced life and to flourish in their own skin.
